Usually, sports unite people but what happened lately because of the football game between the national teams of Egypt and Algeria in Sudan shows the opposite. In addition to the media war, the interferance on a diplomatic level and the riots that happened between the teams' fans, the Algerian newspapers described the Lebanese star Nancy Ajram as a scorpion asking her not to interfere in Egyptian matters. Nancy had lately mentioned that she wishes for Egypt to win and prepared a song called "Al Arousa Al Mahrousa" as we mentioned in an article on Wikeez. Does a football game deserve all this fuss?
