Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born on August 9, 1963. She is an American singer and actress. Houston released her 1st album "Whitney Houston" in 1985 then other albums came along such as: Whitney 1987, I'm Your Baby Tonight 1990, My Love Is Your Love 1998, Just Whitney 2002, One Wish - The Holiday Album 2003, I Look to You 2009.
She appeared in her first starring role in the feature film: The Bodyguard in 1992. She also acted in: Waiting to Exhale 1995, The Preacher's Wife 1996 and other. Following a year of her marriage to singer Bobby Brown in 1992, Houston gave birth to their daughter but they got divorced in 2007. She also faced many problems because of her drug and alcohol addiction.
