Asi: Love Swings Between Amir’s Revenge and Asi’s Pride

The last events of the series Asi were Amir’s insistence on Asi’s work for him, despite all the attempts to persuade him oppositely, reminding everyone that the documents of the land of Asi’s father are with him. On one hand, Mahmoud, the husband of Amir’s aunt died and Amir was so sad. So Asi traveled with him and his sister to attend the funerals. Mentioning that before his death, Mahmoud revealed for his wife Souheila that her son was still alive and that he did not die when he was a baby just as they convinced her. This has increased the dire of Souheila to revenge from Asi’s family. She got back to Antioch and insisted day and night on amir to take revenge especially after she discerned features of love between him and Asi. Falling between his aunt’s insistence and his desire to stop the revenge plan, Amir stooped first Souheila’s insistence and asked Asi to pay documents money as soon as possible and he offered to take her horse instead of one of the documents. Despite of Asi’s great attachment to her horse, she delivered it to Amir. But, the horse tried to go back to its owner and it was wounded in the leg. Trying to spare the pain, Asi took the gun to kill it but Amir extracted it from her and killed it himself. Asi entered in a very strong state of despair and deep sorrow so Amir tried to apologize and he explained his behavior. As for Ihsan (Asi’s father), he borrowed money from a friend of him in order to pay Amir everything so that he releases Asi. But, Amir discovered that Ihsan’s friend works in smuggling and illicit operations. So he tried to convince Ihsan to forget cooperating with him. But Ihsan did not believe him.
On the other side, Kannan (a close person to Asi’s family) tried to express for Ihsan his admiration for Asi and his desire to know her more. However, when Amir distinguished this, he felt jealous and had a quarrel with Kanaa but Asi and her father interfered before things got worse.
