Kasr al hob will soon end, but will the ending be sad because of Maram's death? The latest events revealed that Maram felt dizzy and it might be because of a dangerous disease. On the other hand Souad knew that her husband was married to Nourhan.

Diala accepted to marry Yamen after he proposed to her and after everybody convinced her to accept. Meanwhile, Nourhan, the new lady who appeared suddenly in the latest episodes, revealed to her friend that she is the wife of Mahmoud agha (housam’s father), and she came from Europe to take revenge from Souad whom she considers the reason behind seeing Mahmoud only once a year. Souad knew the truth by scrutinizing their bank accounts and felt sad and disappointed, then decided to devote the rest of her life to take care of herself and to tell her children the truth. On the other hand, Souad had a heart attack when she knew by coincidence that Zaynab is married to the maid Saleh. During her stay in the hospital, Ali Hamza was beside her waiting for her answer regarding his marriage proposal.
Maram felt dizzy several times, which could be happening due to a serious disease. Will Maram die in the end of the series which is close?

That was the final episode but there is a movie to continue the story and they tell you what happens to them. They should be putting it on MBC soon, that is what i was told.

Does anyone know about what happen in the final?
the last I watched was when Maran and Hussam left to America for treatment (scene at the airport)
Do we know about what happened after that?
