Najm Al Khaleej Goes Star Academy Style!
The Gulf musical show Najm Al Khaleej was re-launched in a new format and style with the latest visual technologies and decoration. The show now has daily episodes, “Najm Al Khaleej dailies”, to track the training and rehearsals of the contestants under the supervision of professional instructors. The previous seasons of the show limited the participation to the gulf area whereas the new season opened the platform to contestants from all over the Arab world. The show is hosted by the singer Mahmoud Bou Chahri and Diala Maki. This season’s members of the Judging Panel are Abdullah Ruwaishid, Diana Haddad and Fayez Al Saeed. The guest of the opening episode was the star Hussein Al Jasmi who performed a number of his hit songs. The Syrian singer Asala Nasri performed for the first time some of her new songs exclusively on the second episode of Najem Al Khaleej, where the first student was eliminated by the audience and Judges’ vote. This year Najm Al Khaleej might be Syrian, Tunisian or even Egyptian. Stay tuned to wikeez for more news about the show, its contestants and other hit TV shows!
